Un dulce de monastrell sin adición de alcohol. Elaborado con uvas vendimiadas tardíamente y pasificadas en secadero con ventilación natural. Tras la vinificación, se cría en barricas durante varios años hasta conseguir la complejidad deseada: intenso, con ricos aromas de higos, ciruelas pasas, aceitunas negras y dátiles, un dulce de monastrell realmente sabroso.
Climatología del viñedo: Continental con influencia mediterránea.
