Sohomare ha elaborado sakes por la misma familia desde 1872. Un buen ejemplo de pequeña bodega en la zona de Tochigi. Durante estas cinco generaciones, la familia Kono se ha dedicado a la producción de un sake muy característico de la zona con el arroz Yamada Nishiki y la anciana técnica del Kimoto. El actual representante de esta familia y actual presidente, es graduado por la universidad de Tokyo y el Instituto Matsushita en Gestión y Administración, a parte de haber viajado repetidamente por todo el mundo. Probar este sake es saborear el significado de la tradición. Con un grado de pulido del 55% y una graduación alcohólica del 15%. Elegante de carácter vegetal con notas a lichis, helecho y piña. Seco y de magnifica dimensión, perfumado y nítido, con un toque salino. Ideal para toda la gastronomía japonesa pero también apto con marisco, pescado a la plancha o al horno y platos de carácter gustativo suave. Guardar en un lugar fresco y oscuro. Temperatura recomendada de servicio 8ºC.
