El proceso de envejecimiento en dos fases distintas, convierte a Dos Maderas 5+3 en un ron añejo especial y único en el mundo, con un bouquet, sabor y aromas a tostados, vainilla y frutos secos de cáscara. Destaca su singular suavidad y su elegancia en nariz. Se elabora y envejece en el Caribe durante 5 años en barricas de roble americano. Posteriormente es trasladado a las instalaciones de Williams&Humbert en Jerez, donde pasará 3 años en barricas que previamente han criado el famoso vino Dos Cortados, que acredita una vejez de 20 años.
