L'apprentie Sorcière Rosé es la última novedad de Hervé Bizeul. Un seductor rosado elaborado con garnacha, mourvèdre y syrah procedentes de viñas de 16 años de edad. Fermentó con levaduras indígenas y se crió en contacto de sus lías finas con bâtonnages hasta su embotellado en enero. Un pálido rosado ideal con platos asiáticos picantes, ensaladas frescas, pescado crudo y quesos de vaca de pasta blanda y corteza lavada como el Époisses.
