Incluso en los días más calurosos de verano, los vientos del mar mantienen el frío en los viñedos, haciendo así que preserven toda su acidez. Vendimia manual, refrigerante y coupage previo a la fermentación, fermentado en tanques de acero inoxidable. Se caracteriza por su baja graduación alcoholica 12.5%. Temperatura de servicio optima entre 8º-10º.
