Adquirido en 1912 y ubicado en las mesetas del Var, en el corazón de la Côtes de Provence, el Château de Selle tiene un total de 110 hectáreas, de las cuales 48 se dedican a la producción de vino. Las viñas rodean una magnífica casa de campo del siglo XVIII, una antigua casa de los condes de Provenza. La finca, totalmente tallada en la tierra rocosa por Marcel Ott, sus hijos y nietos, ha sido remodelado y replantado varias veces.
