Elaborado con las variedades autóctonas mantonegro (60%) gargollassa (20%) y callet (20%), el resultado es un rosado joven, fresco y equilibrado del que destacan sus aromas de fruta roja y sus suaves notas lácticas. De color rosa claro, limpio y brillante, en nariz deja apreciar suaves notas de fresa, grosella, frambuesa y caramelo de nata. En boca se muestra suave, fresco, refrescante y goloso. De gran versatilidad en sus maridajes, acompaña especialmente bien los aperitivos, las pastas y arroces, el sushi de salmón y otros platos de la gastronomía mallorquina como el tumbet y las sopas.

The production region of I.G.P. Vi de la Terra de Mallorca is located in Las zonas vinícolas de la isla de Mallorca, en el archipiélago de las islas Baleares, España. Comprende todos los municipios de la isla de Mallorca y se organiza en cinco unidades: la Serra de Tramuntana (donde se registran las mayores altitudes, que sirven de protección frente a los vientos del noroeste), el Raiguer, el Pla, la Serra de Llevant (con altitudes más moderadas) y el Migjorn.
