De color muy pálido, brillante y una lágrima bastante densa, Miraflors ofrece una nariz muy equilibrada y especialmente compleja: intensidad frutal (frutas de hueso maduras), notas yodadas, frescor marino, algún toque anisado... un conjunto graso que se confirma con una boca tersa (con estructura y cuerpo) pero suave al paladar y una notable persistencia, con un retrogusto frutal. Un buen rosado provenzal.
