Louis Jadot es una de las Maisons más importantes de Borgoña, fundada en 1859, y desde 1992 está dirigida por Pierre-Henry Gagey. Controla 240 ha repartidas entre Bourgogne y Beaujolais, de las que 225 ha se encuentran en la Côte d'Or. De los más de 600 lieux-dits que existen en Bourgogne, Jadot elabora aproximadamente 150.
