Viña Meín es una de las bodegas de referencia del Ribeiro en el histórico valle del Avia. Fue adquirida en 2019 por la familia Ruiz-Aragoneses (Pago de Carraovejas, Ossian y Milsetentayseis). Viña Meín Tinto es un ensamblaje de caíño longo y brancellao que proceden de sus dos fincas de Osebe y Ribeira, con suelos de sábrego –granito descompuesto– mezclado con pizarra y esquisto. Un aterciopelado tinto de producción limitada, fresco y muy perfumado.

The production region of D.O. Ribeiro is located in La comarca de O Ribeiro, "Ribera del río" en gallego, situada en la parte meridional de Galicia, en el borde noroccidental de la provincia de Orense, España, en las confluencias de los valles formados por los ríos Miño, Avia, Arnoia y Barbantiño, integrada por 10 municipios: Arnoya, Avión, Beade, Carballeda de Avia, Castrelo de Miño, Cenlle, Cortegada, Leiro, Melón y Ribadavia.
