Todo un vino de autor con el que Bibi Graetz ha sabido transmitir todo su talento y toda el potencial que ofrecen las vides autóctonas de la Toscana. Procedente de viñas muy viejas de sangiovese, el Testamatta ofrece un hermoso color rojo rubí y en nariz muestra un gran y elegante bouquet: frutas del bosque, notas de humus, tabaco, especias, chocolate, toques de minerales... En boca es fino, con un tanino suave, puro, con cuerpo y con un largo final. Un sangiovese despreocupado, franco y muy representativo de la zona de la que procede, especialmente recomendado para una comida alegre entre amigos, con liebre, por ejemplo, o con un simple y sabroso filete con setas.
