Los dos grandes vinos de finca de Terroir al Límit son Les Manyes y Les Tosses. Ambos, dos vinos con una gran personalidad y elegancia. Les Manyes, no obstante, tiene la particularidad no sólo de ser un monovarietal de garnacha sino de proceder de una finca en la que los suelos no son los típicos de pizarra (llicorella) sino de cuarzo, caliza y arcilla. Les Manyes es una garnacha que conjuga el carácter mediterráneo con el atlántico, jugosa y aromática, fresca y profunda, mineral y especiada, una mezcla de finura y de potencia, un vino como los hay pocos. Envejecido durante 24 meses en foudres de 600 l de roble francés y embotellado por gravedad, sin clarificación ni filtración.
