Este joven vino alicantino está elaborado a partir de viñas viejas de monastrell que se caracterizan por su concentración y complejidad. Pese a tratarse de una zona cálida con influencia del mar, las vendimias son tardías (finales de octubre) y las graduaciones no demasiado altas (13º-14º). El resultado es un vino carnoso con gran concentración de color y aroma frutal de agradable paso por boca.
