Les Pujoles es la última de las cuatro singularidades de Orto Vins y procede de una finca de más de 120 años, de 2,50 ha, en la partida de Ses Corts, en el municipio de Les Sorts. Propiedad de los hermanos Beltrán (familia Bertran-Bargalló), tiene plantada una superficie de tan sólo 0,6877 ha. con la variedad ull de llebre (tempranillo). Una plantación que data de 1989 y crece sobre suelos calcáreos con orientación sud-oeste. Les Pujoles es paradójicamente un guante de seda, una textura realmente sorprendente para esta variedad, un vino con mucho volumen en boca, con una ligera sensación secante debida a su actual juventud. Un vino con una potencia controlada. Envejecido durante 12 meses en barricas de roble francés.
