El segundo vino de la bodega. Elaborado con un coupage que combina tanto fruta de viñedos viejos, de entre 70 y 90 años, como de cepas más jóvenes (para el caso de las variedades de merlot, syrah y parte de la garnacha), con largas maceraciones y una crianza de 12 meses. Envejecido durante 12 meses en barricas de roble francés.
