Gran angular es un nuevo proyecto de Mas Comtal que tiene como objetivo el desarrollo de una nueva línea de microvinificaciones de carácter experimental, para poder elaborar y ofrecer vinos singulares. Envejecido durante 10 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
