Al servir la copa ya te llega el aroma. Violeta oscuro, opaco, limpio y brillante. Te reflejas en la superficie cuando te asomas al borde de la copa. La nariz siente juventud y madurez al tiempo, la fruta, el frescor y la elegancia. La barrica está de fondo, sutil y fina, respetando los aromas propios del vino. Cuando entra en la boca el ataque es amplio, lo ocupa todo, como el primer beso, suave y delicado pero firme y largo, muy largo, se resiste a desaparecer. Deja un rastro a mineral, a tosquilla en las noches heladas de Tierga. Esencia de garnacha pura y sincera. Recomendamos decantar más de una hora antes de su consumo. Envejecido, parcialmente, durante 8 meses en barricas de roble francés.
