Finca Capeliños es una espectacular mencía de la zona de Amandi en el corazón de Ribera Sacra de viñas centenarias. Fruta, flores y ese fondo mineral tan característico de esos viñedos pintorescos y traicioneros no aptos para corazones débiles. Envejece durante 12-14 meses en barricas de roble francés de 225 litros. Previamente ha realizado la fermentación con levaduras autóctonas de la propia viña durante 50 días en deposito cónico de madera.
