El Mía Freixenet Tinto es un vino joven elaborado con uvas de la variedad tempranillo provenientes de Castilla la Mancha. Se trata de un vino sabroso y afrutado, sin crianza alguna, con la única voluntad de resultar fresco y divertido. Tras su precioso color rubí con reflejos violáceos propios de su juventud, emerge una nariz dominada por los aromas de ciruelas, moras y frutos rojos y refrescada por sutiles apuntes cítricos. En boca es pura suavidad, un vino muy fácil de beber y terriblemente placentero que puede servirse ligeramente fresco.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
