Cerverola quizá es el vino más clásico de la bodega Ficaria Vins. Se elabora únicamente con garnacha de viña de 40 años sobre terreno de arcilla roja y piedra de una finca que lleva el mismo nombre que el vino. Como todos los de la bodega tiene una producción limitadísima, 500 botellas, y se elabora bajo criterios biodinámicos muy poco intervencionistas que muestran de dónde provienen y quién los elabora. Este vino extraordinario se muestra fino, elegante, con notas de fruta confitada, vainillas y tostados de cacao y café debido a su crianza en barrica de roble francés. Envejecido durante 12 meses en barricas de roble francés.

The production region of D.O. Montsant is located in La comarca integrada por los municipios y bodegas que, hasta 2002, formaban la subzona Falset de la denominación de origen Tarragona. Se extiende por 16 municipios, la mayoría en la comarca del Priorato y unos pocos en la Ribera del Ebro.
