El Terroir es la garnacha fresca y fragante de Domaines Lupier. Sus uvas provienen de cerca de una docena de parcelas de garnachas viejas plantadas a 500 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Se trata de un tinto de cuerpo medio y elegantes taninos, decorado de recuerdos especiados y notas de humo. Quizás sea el tacto su mayor virtud, pues su textura es sedosa y amable, convirtiéndolo en un vino fácil de beber pero también complejo y redondo. Sin duda uno de los mejores tintos de Navarra, cremoso, distinguido y muy largo que ha sorprendido y sorprenderá a muchos. Envejecido durante 14 meses en barricas de roble francés.

The production region of D.O. Navarra is located in La comunidad Foral de Navarra, España. La zona vinícola se extiende desde el sur de la capital de la comunidad, Pamplona, hasta la cuenca del río Ebro. Se divide en cinco zonas: Valdizarbe, situada al norte y que agrupa a 25 términos municipales, Tierra Estella, en el medio-occidental y con 38 términos municipales, Ribera Alta, situada en el centro-sur de Navarra y que agrupa a 26 términos municipales, Baja Montaña, al noreste de la denominación, sobre la cuenca media del río Aragón y que agrupa a 22 términos municipales, y Ribera Baja, localizada en el sur de Navarra, con 14 términos municipales, la más significativa.
