Los vinos que Jean-Roger Calvet elabora en Côtes du Roussillon con la colaboración de Jean-Luc Thunevin son para conocer, vinos de gran riqueza, corpulentos pero siempre elegantes, sin saturar, y con una amplia gama de precios. Les Dentelles es potente y fresco, floral y lleno de fruta, con aromas de frutas rojas predominantemente y unos taninos sedosos; un vino muy sabroso y elegante al paladar. Envejecido durante 16-18 meses en barricas, nuevas y de un vino, de roble.
