Racimos pequeños y concentrados, cepas viejas de escasa producción, suelo pizarroso de llicorella... Un vino típicamente prioratino: potente, estructurado, exuberante, alta graduación, taninos maduros, fondo mineral. Un vino ideal para la crianza en roble. Clos Cypres Clos Cypres se elabora exclusivamente con uvas de cariñena procedentes de un viñedo centenario ubicado en la Finca Sant Martí, en la localidad de Bellmunt del Priorat, con orientación sur y pendiente pronunciada. Fermentado en ánforas de 300 L y barricas usadas de 500 L. Envejecido durante 12 meses en barricas usadas.
