El Château Sénéjac es un burdeos de extraordinaria expresividad frutal y floral. En su aromática se entremezclan la fruta silvestre, la tipicidad varietal en forma de hoja de laurel y los finos recuerdos torrefactos del roble. Sus taninos son finos y recubren la lengua de fina granulosidad, como si de cacao en polvo se tratara. La acidez de las ciruelas y las fresas se combina con las notas seductoras de regaliz y tabaco rematando un vino de hechuras perfectas y gran futuro por delante. Envejecido durante 12-15 meses en barricas, 30% nuevas, de roble francés.
