Berola es la creación más reciente de Bodegas Borsao, y un claro homenaje a los monjes cistercienses fundadores del actual Monasterio de Veruela, cuna de la denominación de origen Campo de Borja. Un vino jugoso, elegante y complejo elaborado con garnachas autóctonas y un pequeño porcentaje de uva syrah. Envejecido durante 10 meses en barricas nuevas (30%) y seminuevas de roble francés y americano.
