Monovarietal de tinta fina procedente de una única parcela del Pago El Obispo, reposado de 8 a 10 meses en barrica nueva de roble francés y de 4 a 6 meses en botella. De intenso color rojo picota, Valtravieso VT Tinta Fina ofrece en nariz un amplio abanico frutal del que destacan la uva fresca, grosella, arándanos, mora, y suaves aromas de cacao y mentolados propios de su crianza en barrica. Añade aromas balsámicos y minerales que proporcionan mayor complejidad al vino. En boca presenta un buen ataque, con buena estructura y con la dulzura aportada por una buena glicerina que redondea el conjunto. Sus equilibrados taninos y acidez permiten degustarlo largamente. Envejecido durante 8-10 meses en barricas de roble francés de Forêt du Bertrange. Posterior reposo en botella durante 4-6 meses más.

Ribera del Duero is located in La región de la cuenca del río Duero, de unos 115 kilómetros de longitud y 35 de anchura, situada en la confluencia de las provincias de Soria, con 19 municipios, Burgos, con 60 municipios, Segovia, con 4 municipios y Valladolid, con 19 municipios, pertenecientes todos ellos a la comarca vallisoletana de Campo de Peñafiel. Comienza aproximadamente por el este en San Esteban de Gormaz y se extiende hasta Quintanilla de Onésimo en el oeste.
