Pardelasses es un vino puro y honesto, de excelente vinificación con las variedades garnacha y cariñena a partes iguales, jugoso, mineral y fresco, que engañará a más de un bolsillo pues brilla con luz propia entre los vinos de más renombre. Se aconseja dejarlo redondear un tiempo en botella y decantarlo siempre al menos una hora antes de su consumo. Envejecido durante 15 meses en barricas de roble francés y americano. Posteriormente, durante 6 meses en botella.
