The production region of A.O.C. Côte-Rôtie is located in La región vinícola del norte del Ródano, Francia. Los viñedos se encuentran justo al sur de Vienne, en las comunas de Saint-Cyr-sur-le-Rhône, Ampuis y Tupin-et-Semons.
