Un vino para cada finca. Sin coupages, sin modificaciones, sin clarificar, sin estabilizar, 100% territorio: el que sale de la vid es lo que te bebes. Cada año se elaborará las mejores partidas de uva y sólo una vez finalizado el proceso de envejecimiento (en su caso) se decidirá si la calidad es suficiente para embotellarlo como Finques Incansables. Es un vino diferente y tan especial que es el orgullo de Viníric. La variedad principal es la Cariñeña (Samso) de la viña Mas Ruques de Calonge, D.O. Empordà. Crianza: 10 Meses en barrica de roble francés Alier. Color: Intenso, Capa Alta, rojo negruzco. Nariz: Complejo, con notas de fruta negra madura, notas de clavo, vainilla y chocolate negro. En boca: Va evolucionando en botella, desde fruta negra, hasta fruta madura con taninos bien integrados. Potente y equilibrado. Maridaje: Carnes blancas en salsa, rojas a la brasa, quesos. Criado durante 10 meses en barricas de roble francés.

The production region of D.O. Empordà is located in La región de Ampurdán (Empordà), hasta 2006 denominada Ampurdán-Costa Brava, abarca la zona vinícola desde la Albera hasta la sierra de Rodas y la Garrotxa de Ampurdán, en España. El área de producción está distribuida en dos subzonas: 35 municipios al norte del Alto Ampurdán y 13 municipios al este del Bajo Ampurdán.
