Cabe destacar que también fue la primera viña del mundo en el que se le aplicó el riego por goteo como factor de calidad, evitando así la sobre maduración de las uvas y consiguiendo una frescura y una acidez naturales. Este vino realiza la crianza en barricas Nuevas de roble francés Allier entre 12 y 15 meses.
