The production region of I.G.P. Vino de la Tierra de Castilla is located in La comunidad autónoma de Castilla-La Mancha, España, en la parte central de la península ibérica, ocupando la mayor parte de la submeseta sur y formada por 919 municipios que integran las provincias de Albacete, Ciudad Real, Cuenca, Guadalajara y Toledo.
