Venus La Universal, elaborado por Sara Pérez y René Barbier, es uno de los vinos imprescindibles del Montsant, Un ensamblaje de cariñena y garnacha –procedentes de 4 parcelas de viñas viejas situadas entre Piñana y Crossos–, y una parte de syrah –procedente de su propia finca– todas cultivadas en ecológico. Un tinto elegante elaborado siguiendo una viticultura respetuosa y sostenible con el medio ambiente. Profundo, fresco, equilibrado, repleto de matices y con una gran capacidad de guarda. Envejecido durante 20 meses en barricas de roble francés nuevas (30%), de un vino (40%) y de dos vinos (30%).

The production region of D.O. Montsant is located in La comarca integrada por los municipios y bodegas que, hasta 2002, formaban la subzona Falset de la denominación de origen Tarragona. Se extiende por 16 municipios, la mayoría en la comarca del Priorato y unos pocos en la Ribera del Ebro.
