El vino más fiel al estilo de Pardas, selección de las mejores uvas y barricas, elaborado únicamente en grandes añadas, un vino con connotaciones primarias, de uva, frutal, equilibrado, elegante y muy mineral, un vino que huele a tierra. Aspriu, en catalán, significa salvaje, puro. Fermentación maloláctica en depósito (cabernet franc) y en barrica (cabernet sauvignon). Envejecido durante 13 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
