Un vino con una filosofía muy clara: elaborarlo con las mejores uvas y una crianza especial: con dos trasiegos, cada vez a barricas nuevas. Un vino de gran complejidad y carácter. Para la crianza sólo se emplean barricas nuevas, con alto aporte tánico.

The production region of D.O. Ribera del Duero is located in La región de la cuenca del río Duero, de unos 115 kilómetros de longitud y 35 de anchura, situada en la confluencia de las provincias de Soria, con 19 municipios, Burgos, con 60 municipios, Segovia, con 4 municipios y Valladolid, con 19 municipios, pertenecientes todos ellos a la comarca vallisoletana de Campo de Peñafiel. Comienza aproximadamente por el este en San Esteban de Gormaz y se extiende hasta Quintanilla de Onésimo en el oeste.
