Una selección de viñedos de viejos de garnacha y cariñena de 40-80 años y de viñedos jóvenes de syrah.
Les Sorcières es el vino más fresco que Hervé Bizeul elabora en su bodega Le Clos des Fées, situada en Vingrau (Roussillon), a los pies de los Pirineos. Syrah, garnacha y cariñena que, en nariz, tiene recuerdos de frutitas rojas y negras jugosas, con una boca golosa y amplia. Un vino muy placentero para disfrutar ligeramente fresco entre amigos. Envejecido sobre lías en depósito durante 8 meses.

The production region of A.O.C.
