Se trata de un tinto denso, con cuerpo, maduro, con abundante fruta negra y unos taninos de calidad que hacen augurar una muy buena evolución en botella si sabemos esperar unos años. Por supuesto, la primera botella será irresistible, y un verdadero placer; Corimbo I es placentero, fresco, con notas balsámicas, elegante. Envejecido durante 16 meses en barricas de roble francés y americano.

The production region of D.O. Ribera del Duero is located in La región de la cuenca del río Duero, de unos 115 kilómetros de longitud y 35 de anchura, situada en la confluencia de las provincias de Soria, con 19 municipios, Burgos, con 60 municipios, Segovia, con 4 municipios y Valladolid, con 19 municipios, pertenecientes todos ellos a la comarca vallisoletana de Campo de Peñafiel. Comienza aproximadamente por el este en San Esteban de Gormaz y se extiende hasta Quintanilla de Onésimo en el oeste.
