Blankeforti es uno de los tintos naturales más nítidos y amables de Cataluña. En él se perciben toda la generosidad de Jordi Llorens y el enorme conocimiento acumulado en sus múltiples viajes por el viñedo Europeo. Vino muy personal, pero con un estilo muy global, que agradará tanto a los iniciados en los vinos naturales como a los neófitos. Sólo unas 2000 botellas de este excepcional vino ven la luz anualmente. Sus uvas vendimiadas a mano se seleccionan en el viñedo y nuevamente en bodega. Sólo las mejores serán despalilladas y cederán su mosto a la fermentación que, como siempre en la bodega de Jordi Llorens, transcurre con levaduras salvajes. Ya en forma de vino, descansa alrededor de medio año en depósitos de inoxidable para después ser embotellado sin filtrar ni clarificar y, por supuesto, sin adición alguna de sulfuroso. El resultado es un magnífico vino de nariz intensa de fruta crujiente (granadas y cerezas), bosque, flores azules y regaliz. Su entrada es fresca y nítida y un pequeño rastro de carbónico fundamental para su conservación, de la mano de una brillante acidez, aligera y conduce un cuerpo láctico y sumamente redondo. Especias amables, toques minerales, violetas y un sutil recuerdo a piel de naranja derivan en un posgusto largo y delicado dominado por la omnipresente fruta.
