Baronj es un histórico cru de Pachino que se extiende a lo largo de 3 has y destaca por el blanco de sus suelos, de una rica composición calcárea que les da ese aspecto. Situado a 50 metros de altitud, en ella crecen cepas de nero d'Avola de 40 años de edad. El terreno calcáreo imprime al Nero d'Avola Nero Baronj un carácter sutil y mineral. En nariz destaca la limpieza de sus notas de fruta madura (cerezas y ciruela), de tabaco y de hierbas aromáticas. En paladar se muestra sabroso, generoso y con unos irresistibles y envolventes taninos.
