Suipacha conmemora a los héroes que lucharon en la Batalla de Suipacha, producida en 1810 en la localidad boliviana del mismo nombre, primera victoria militar rioplatense en la guerra de independencia. Así pues el vino conmemora a ese ferviente deseo de libertad. Envejecido durante 12 meses en barricas de roble francés y americano de primer uso. Un año de maduración en botella.
