Das Lousas nace al sur de Lugo, en los cañones del rio Sil. Elaborado a partir de cepas viejas, de más de 60 años, cultivadas entre pizarras, las cuales le aportan el nombre, y lo mas importante, la personalidad de este vino. Este vino no se acoge a ninguna denominación de origen. Envejecido durante 14 meses en barricas de roble francés.
