Las Lamas es un vino profundo y misterioso, mineral, voluptuoso y graso, con una densidad elegante y una textura sedosa. Los vinos siguen el carácter fresco y atlántico y parecen recoger tanto el aroma de la uva bien madurada al sol como la frescura de su húmeda vendimia. Delicados, muy aromáticos y con taninos fluidos y sedosos.
Elaborado con la uva de varias parcelas situadas en el paraje de Las Lamas, con una superficie total de 1,48 hectáreas en el municipio de Corullón. Las viñas están plantadas sobre laderas muy pronunciadas y orientación sur y a una altitud que oscila entre los 670 y los 730 metros. Los suelos, con sólo 45 cm de profundidad, son originarios del período cámbrico inferior, con una gran erosión que asegura su rejuvenecimiento constante. Las Lamas está formado por un 90% de mencía, un 9% de variedades blancas (mayoritariamente jerez) y un 1% de alicante bouschet. Actualmente se está criando en foudres ovales y barricas de roble francés. Muy expresivo, con un carácter de hierbas de bosque maduras, muy fino y fresco. Sorprendente. Escasa producción de 2.900 botellas.
