Sr. Hyde proviene del viñedo de mayor altitud con el que Curii trabaja a 650 metros de altura en la Sierra de Bernia. Muchas de las vides tienen más de 90 años y están plantadas en suelos calcáreos ricos en hierro. La trama es excepcionalmente rocosa y ofrece vinos de gran estructura y complejidad. El vino se fermentó en racimos enteros al 100% en un barril abierto con 60 días de maceración y pisado con los pies; luego ve otros 2 años de envejecimiento en barricas de roble francés de 125 litros. El resultado es un vino tinto complejo e intenso con sabores densos pero precisos de frutas negras, especias y minerales calcáreos.
