Englora es un joven con crianza multivarietal, elaborado con garnacha de viñedos de 70 años, cariñena de viñedos de 50 años, syrah, cabernet y tempranillo procedentes de viñedos de unos 25 años. La vendimia se realiza de forma manual al igual que su posterior selección en mesa. Los mostos de cada variedad fermentan por separado. Para la crianza se emplean barricas nuevas, de segundo y tercer año.
Climatología del viñedo: Mediterráneo.
Suelo del viñedo: Franco-arenoso.
Antigüedad del viñedo: 1948-1993.

The production region of D.O. Montsant is located in La comarca integrada por los municipios y bodegas que, hasta 2002, formaban la subzona Falset de la denominación de origen Tarragona. Se extiende por 16 municipios, la mayoría en la comarca del Priorato y unos pocos en la Ribera del Ebro.
