Château de Pez es una bodega situada en el norte de Saint Estèphe, Burdeos. En el siglo XVII, la bodega era propiedad de la familia Pontac que también poseyó Château Haut-Brion. Actualmente la empresa es propiedad de la Maison Louis Roederer, que realizó una gran renovación del Château en el 1995, año de su adquisición. La finca consta de 26 hectáreas de viñedo, principalmente con Merlot y Cabernet Sauvignon.
