El orujo tostado o aguardiente tostado se obtiene por destilación de orujo de uva albariño con una mezcla de flores, hierbas y flores (flor de manzanilla, flor de azahar, cascarilla de cacao, hierba luisa, clavo, té negro, menta, cilantro y canela en rama). El color tostado se obtiene de añadir azúcar caramelizado al destilado. Contiene 100 g/l de azúcar.
