Elaborado a partir de albariño, mediante doble destilación, de forma tradicional en alambiques a fuego directo.
Hoy convertido en bodega, Pazo de Señoráns es una antigua casa solariega del siglo XVI, propiedad de la familia Mareque-Bueno. Actualmente, disponen de 12 hectáreas de viñedo en Val do Salnés, Rías Baixas. Aunque es conocida por sus grandes albariños, también ofrece orujos que son todo un referente. Éste se elabora con uva albariño y tiene una doble destilación en alambiques a fuego directo. De aroma intenso, limpio y franco, tiene una entrada sedosa en boca con un gran volumen.
