Castell d'Encús es la bodega de Raül Bobet en el Pirineo de Lleida. Taleia Brisat es una de sus últimas novedades. Sauvignon blanc y sémillon que maceraron con sus pieles y fermentaron parcialmente en lagares de piedra del siglo XII y en depósitos de acero inoxidable. Crianza posterior de 12 meses en barricas de roble sin añadir sulfitos en ningún momento de su elaboración. Un blanco muy elegante y singular del que solo se han elaborado 3.200 botellas.
