Martini Bitter Riserva Speciale se inspira en la receta original de 1872 que creó Luigi Rossi, el fundador de Martini, a la que Ivano Tonutti, la octava generación de Master Distillers, ha añadido tres ingredientes muy especiales. Este Bitter contiene más de 20 hierbas y raíces, y tres botánicos únicos como son el azafrán, la angostura y la calumba. Además, reposa en las mismas barricas de roble piamontés que ya se han utilizado para el Martini Riserva Speciale Vermouth. De color rojo rubí, cada uno de esos tres botánicos le aporta un toque diferente. El azafrán se ha escogido por su intenso aroma y atractivos reflejos, la angostura por la complejidad en boca, y la calumba por el toque glicérico y de amplitud. Sabor sofisticado, amargo y delicado con notas florales y especiadas. El Bitter perfecto para el Negroni perfecto.
