El orujo blanco recién destilado, se dulcifica y se pone en maceración durante un mes con una selección de 9 hierbas, propias del frondoso valle de El Rosal. El aguardiente macerado, ya sin hierbas, se deja envejecer en barrica de roble americano durante un año. En este tiempo, el alcohol va disolviendo taninos y otras sustancias del roble, logrando un gran equilibrio entre dulzor y amargor, difícil de conseguir en otras bebidas. Los 40º de alcohol pasan delicadamente por la garganta, dejando una grata sensación de suavidad. El resultado es la perfecta conjunción de la finura del orujo blanco, el aroma de las hierbas y el toque a especias del roble. Este producto es un aguardiente, ya que al tener menos de 100 g/l de azúcar, no llega a la consideración legal de "licor". Envejecido durante 12 meses en barricas de roble americano.
