El Acquavite di Vinaccia bianca Nardini, conocida también como la grappa "classica" o "bianca" (para diferenciarla de la "riserva"), lleva elaborándose en Bassano del Grappa desde 1779 según el sistema tradicional y a partir de orujos de uva de las variedades pinot, tocai (o friulano) y cabernet cultivadas en las regiones del Véneto y Friuli - Venecia Julia.
